Help this out of shape truck driver raise a couple of quid for the dogs trust and get dogs their forever homes.

Im going to 'plank' every day in november (for as long as i physically can) after the usual 13 hour shift and hope that i dont just wilt into a pile.... and also hope that thorn doesn't try to kick my ass while i do it. I will try to remember to film it everyday as well for everyone to laugh at at the end.

Just a quid will do if you can!
