Hi Everyone. I'm planking every day in November to help Dogs Trust care for the thousands of dogs still waiting for their forever homes. I’ll be starting with a set of ten 30 second planks and building this to reach a minimum of fifteen 60 second planks by the end of the month. I’ll be putting regular updates onto my social media.

Many of you will have heard me talk about Penny - she brings so much joy and love. Sadly, not every dog gets the same loving home as her. This is why charities like Dogs Trust are so important.
