In 2008 after having relocated to Washington D.C. for a new job I was fired.  Forced to move home and live with my parents; shortly thereafer my grandfather passed away.  Within a short 6 month period I had lost a job, a relationship and my last two living grandparents. 

I was suffering from shame and depression and was suicidal.  Although, on medication and in therapy the free coaching I received from One to One was the lifeline that I believe is the reason I am here today to write this letter.

You've probably never heard of One to One .  It is a 100% volunteer organization that works hard to provide 6 months of free life coaching services to women all over the world who otherwise couldn't afford it. 

I've never written the words "I was suicidal" before.  Very few of my closest friends even know how close I was.  But, I need to say it now, so, all of you understand how close to my heart this organization is. 

Right now One to One has the chance to win a $10K matching grant.  But, only if the initial $10K is raised by Thanksgiving. 

I am honored to try to do my part.  If I raise just $1250 the board will be well on its way to meeting the goal. 

I need your help.   Since my birthday is just around the corner on Halloween and my anniversary is Thanksgiving weekend I hope you will consider a gift to this worthy cause.
