I'm MantraBeeg and my house flooded in Virginia. Please help

A flood happened at my house and so much of what I own is gone. My parents had me moved to the basement as a bedroom and I, as a result, moved everything I own down there which a lot ended up getting damaged in the flood.

Separately, we need a new car because it died in the flood so money will be given to my parents to help buy a new car.
