I am a close friend of the family and have been given consent to help with this page.

I have watched this beautiful family fight every inch of the way to save their little girl.

Little alek was only 7 years of age when her family received the devastating news there eldest daughter had chordoma cancer.

Alek received various treatments and many of suffering operations.

In 2017 alek went on to receive proton treatment after a long course alek was given the all clear to chordoma cancer .

In February 2021 alek went for her routine check up where something was seen on her scan however the doctors were not concerned. Alek went back 6 months later to discover what was seen on the scan 6months before had significantly grown. The  chordoma cancer was back. 

Alek had the majority of treatments available here in the uk but was sadly told there was nothing more they could do. 

Alek unfortunately lost her fight and passed away peacefully on the 3rd of November 2022

There is so much more detail and heartache that this family have suffered however not enough room to explain it all. We are trying our best as friends and family to give them all the support that we can, however the funeral costs are more than we all can endeavour. So I am asking for any donation big or small will be greatly appreciated at the extremely difficult time.

The funds are very much needed and any donations remaining will be given to chordoma cancer uk research as advised by parents.
