I'm in a hole and I want to dig myself out

Hi, I'm Jason I have 3 children (2 full care (no support from their Mam) and 1 shared care (her Mam claims child benefit and Universal credit). I work full time and I try my best every month to pay the bills for me and my children, but with the cost of living and the loss of benefit for my oldest (meaning we've lost £360 per month) I am now finding it impossible to meet even basic costs and I'm falling into a bigger hole. I have a friend who can give me regular weekend night hours working as a doorman, but I can't afford the SIA licence. That's why I'm here. I don't want an handout, I need a hand up. Anything would be appreciate. Thank you
