It is with great sadness that we sadly lost our beautiful son after he suffered a devastating bleed on the brain on Saturday the 28th October. After a short battle in hospital we were told the heartbreaking news that there was nothing that they could do to help our darling son.
Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Stuart, would know that he had dedicated his life to his charity work spanning over 28 years. He worked continuously behind the scenes to raise money for his annual Christmas drops, the food banks and anything else that came his way throughout the year, year in, year out.
It has only really become apparent just how much Stuart did to help so many people since we lost our special boy by seeing the outpouring of sadness from all that were lucky enough to call him a friend.
In true Stuart style only hours before this catastrophic bleed he was delivering presents to hospitals. He had wanted to do it earlier this year so he could concentrate on his own family on the run up to Christmas. This was the type man he was and if he wasn’t out making his deliveries on that fateful day he would have instead been with his family during half term taking his son to football.
Stuart loved his family more than anything in this world and his greatest achievement in life was his children. He sadly leaves behind three beautiful little boys, our grandsons Dempsey 11, Rocco 8 and then Braddock who is just 14 months old and we want to ask all those who Stuart may have helped or those who have been touched by his kindness over the years to help to raise some funds so we can make sure that they don’t have to worry about surviving financially whilst they come to terms with living without their daddy. Stuart was the sole provider for his family and he never ever sought any recognition for all his efforts over the years but this would be the most amazing way for everyone to show just how special he really was and repay his fantastic efforts for charity by making sure they are ok.
We have been inundated with people reaching out to offer help but all we want is to give his children the future that he worked tirelessly to provide for them. Every year Stuart went above and beyond to make their christmas so special and now not only is he unable to cherish these magical times he is unable to provide for them for the coming years he didn’t have any insurance policies in place. So please if you can help by making a donation of any amount in replace of gifts or flowers absolutely any donation will provide his beautiful family with some comfort which they thoroughly deserve. Even if you are unable to donate please share this so we can get it to as many people as possible.
