I'm doing an indoor half iron man to spite some friends

I brazenly told my friends that I would be able to do a half iron man by "thugging it out", and so tomorrow I have to do a half iron man indoors (for weather reasons). The rules are:
- No phones or headphones like a real half iron man
- If I do it under 7 hours they each give 100 pounds to charity, if I cannot then I have to give 400 pounds to charity (one hundred for each friend)
The money will go to the WWF for animal conservation.
I also have to be home by 5 because of my friend's birthday dinner - happy birthday Julia!
