I am braving the shave!
After the recent heartbreaking news my family have received, I will be shaving my head to raise money to help and support my niece Olivia and family. Just weeks after turning 16 and leaving school, our livvy was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer with only 36 children diagnosed with it per year in the uk.
This means for the next 2 years she will spend most of her life in hospital receiving chemotherapy and other treatments. Because of this, my sister Leanne will no longer be able to work as Liv is going to need around the clock care, making what is already a difficult time even harder for a family of 7.
We are all so proud of you Liv, and can’t believe how strong you are being and taking everything in your stride. You can, and will beat this!
Any donations will be much appreciated. on the 20th of January, Livvy will shave my head and all proceeds will go to Liv and family ❤️
