I'm being evicted from my home on 12th September after 18yrs

Hello, my name is Linda, I'm 72yrs old, I have lived in my 2 bed cottage in a quiet village 10 miles from Hexham, Northumberland, for 18yrs, my landlord is 94yrs old & his daughter told me 9yrs ago that when he dies they will be selling the cottages (a row of 4) without tenants, but he must have decided to sell them now & evict me as 2 of the other tenants have already found new homes this year, I'm looking for a 1 bed bungalow with a garden, as I grow my own organic fruit & veg. I have no savings, so need to raise funds to pay for rent, bond, estate agent fee, furniture removal, flooring, painter & decorator, & maybe a shed & greenhouse. I have signed up with Northumberland Homefinder but there are very few bungalows in the areas I would like to live, & most are 2 bed & have communal gardens, that's why I'm looking at private rentals too, I am very grateful for any amount you can give to help me with this new chapter in my life, I'm hoping this bungalow will be my forever home, as the decluttering & packing is so stressful, & I'll miss my lovely neighbours & friends.
