It is with tremendous regret that On Tuesday July 9th the Bulgakov family lost one of their own Iliya at a mere 39 years of age.  He was involved in a fatal accident that took his life almost instantaneously.  He was a loving and caring father of two with another child on the way.  We have started this page to help his family with future financial obligations that will surely arise.  Iliya leaves behind his beloved wife Lyuda, his mother and father Natalya and Yuriy and five other siblings.  Ilya was gifted and talented  friend, brother and son and will be missed eternally.  If you would like to help his family please donate and help their cause.
