Here at the Illium Cafe we understand that everyone is struggling and that no one is above this devastating time. We are a small family business that has been in business for 10 years and we’re just starting to expand our business when the coronavirus hit NY hard.
We are focused on taking care of our immediate family but also our extended restaurant family. Some of our employees have been with us from the start. They live paycheck to paycheck and we had to make the devastating decision to close down last week.
We don’t need a lot of money but would like to be able to give them something as they have given us so much over the years. Anything that is left we will happily donate back to the community and help in any way we can.
God bless and may this unique time in our history give us a chance to reflect on what is truly valuable, family and loved ones. Thank you for your support and we hope to see you on the other side.
