I spend two hours every morning reading, curating, editing, and verifying news stories and social media posts. What can you do? Call, write, or email your senators, congressional rep, governor, and state reps every single morning. Let them know what you agree with and what you don't agree with. Either way, it all gets counted. If enough people do this, they will take notice.
