On April 4, 2022, Ilene Vida Salcido was called to heaven to begin her everlasting journey. Ilene is survived by her two children William and Karina, her mother Alice, sisters Sylvia, Frances, Beatrice and Elena and so many nieces, nephews, and countless family members. Ilene was always so full of joy and happiness in life. She had a career as a longshoremen and was blessed to have made so many friends throughout her years working there. On behalf of Ilene’s family, we would like to thank everyone for all the prayers and well wishes that were given during her illness and the continued condolences. Our hearts are heavy from this loss but the memories of her beauty, vibrant spirit, and many laughs shared will be with us always.
