I'm raising funds for my 6-year-old son, Ilan Gomez, who has been selected to represent Team USA at the 2026 T4 Nations Cup in Valencia, Spain. Dates Sept 30th to Oct 4th.

Ilan started karting less than a year ago, and what began as a new passion has quickly grown into an incredible opportunity. Through hard work, practice, and race weekends, he has earned the chance to compete against young drivers from around the world. For Ilan, this is more than just another race. It is a chance to represent Team USA and Puerto Rico, gain international racing experience, and keep moving toward his biggest dream of one day becoming a Formula 1 driver.

Getting Ilan to Spain and giving him the opportunity to compete at this level comes with major expenses. Donations will help cover travel and accommodations, racing equipment and gear, kart and race-related costs, coaching and track support, transportation, and other competition expenses.

Our family has supported Ilan's journey from the very beginning, and we are so proud of how far he has come in such a short time. Ilan comenzó en el karting hace menos de un año, y lo que empezó como una nueva pasión rápidamente se convirtió en una oportunidad increíble. A través de su esfuerzo, prácticas y fines de semana de carreras, se ha ganado la oportunidad de competir contra jóvenes pilotos de todo el mundo. Para Ilan, esto es más que otra carrera. Es la oportunidad de representar a Team USA y a Puerto Rico, adquirir experiencia internacional en el automovilismo y seguir avanzando hacia su mayor sueño: algún día convertirse en piloto de Fórmula 1.

Llevar a Ilan a España y darle la oportunidad de competir a este nivel implica gastos importantes. Las donaciones ayudarán a cubrir viajes y alojamiento, equipo e indumentaria de carrera, gastos del kart y de la competencia, coaching y apoyo en pista, transporte y otros gastos relacionados con la competición.
