mi chiamo Rossella e non avrei mai pensato di dover scrivere queste parole.

La nostra casa a Santa Tecla, affacciata sul mare, non esiste più.

Durante il passaggio del ciclone Harry, il mare si è alzato con una violenza mai vista prima. Le onde hanno superato ogni difesa, entrando in casa e distruggendo tutto: muri, impianti, mobili, ricordi di una vita intera.

In poche ore abbiamo perso il luogo che chiamavamo casa.

Non parliamo solo di mattoni, ma di anni di sacrifici, sicurezza, quotidianità. Oggi la casa è inagibile e non sappiamo da dove ripartire.

Per poter ricostruire e rendere di nuovo l’abitazione sicura, abbiamo bisogno di almeno 100.000 €.

Questa cifra servirà per:

• rimuovere le macerie lasciate dal mare

• mettere in sicurezza e consolidare la struttura

• ricostruire muri e tetto

• rifare completamente impianti elettrici, idraulici, di riscaldamento ecc

• rendere la casa nuovamente abitabile

Chiedere aiuto non è facile, ma in questo momento è l’unica strada possibile.

Ogni donazione, anche piccola, è un passo verso la ricostruzione.

Hello, my name is Rossella, and I never thought I would have to write these words. Our home in Santa Tecla, overlooking the sea, no longer exists. During the passage of Cyclone Harry, the sea rose with a violence we had never seen before. The waves overcame every defense, breaking into our home and destroying everything: walls, systems, furniture, the memories of an entire lifetime. In just a few hours, we lost the place we called home. This is not just about bricks and mortar, but about years of sacrifices, safety, and everyday life. Today, the house is uninhabitable, and we don’t know where to start again. To rebuild and make the house safe once more, we need at least €100,000. This amount will be used to: • remove the debris left by the sea • secure and reinforce the structure • rebuild walls and the roof • completely redo the electrical, plumbing, and heating systems • make the house livable again Asking for help is not easy, but right now it is the only possible path. Every donation, even a small one, is a concrete step toward rebuilding. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page can still help us immensely.
