My name is Hussam Abusini, I am an oncologist at Rambam Hospital in Haifa, Northern Israel, an Arab Catholic born in Nazareth, and a father of a family. I am committed to cultural and humanitarian initiatives that promote dialogue, peace, and shared humanity in my community and beyond.
Together with a group of Arab and Italian friends, musicians, and cultural professionals, I am raising funds to support a non-political, non-military cultural project
The beneficiary of this fundraiser is the Enzo Piccinini Orchestra a professional music ensemble based in Italy, with whom I collaborate directly in organizing this concert tour.
The funds will be used to finance the concert tour which will involve both Italian and local professional musicians “Beauty That Enriches the Heart” featuring Opera 22 by Antonín Dvořák, which will take place in Haifa, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem on March 5, 6, and 7, 2026.
This project is entirely cultural and humanitarian. Its goal is to offer moments of beauty, reflection, and hope in a region that has recently experienced serious suffering affecting both Jewish and Arab communities.
All funds raised will be used exclusively for costs directly related to the concert tour, including:
* Payment for the musicians performing in the tour
* Rental of concert venues and rehearsal spaces
* Transport of instruments and technical equipment
* Organizational and administrative expenses necessary to realize the concerts
No funds will be used for any military, political, or armed conflict-related activity.
In a time of recent suffering and division, this initiative seeks to bring beauty, peace, and shared humanity through music — a universal language that transcends conflict and unites communities.
