Ñiñi's recovery fund

As some of you may know, my little sister Melody (Ñiñi) was victim of a hit and run on March 20th at 2:50am in Toronto, Ontario by a 2015-2019 Chevrolet Silverado at a crosswalk at Niagara St and Bathurst.

This has left her with a fractured skull and serious injuries to her brain. She is currently in the hospital and will have to undergo extensive inpatient rehab for the next several months.

My Mother is currently watching over her in the hospital and has had to find a temporary spot for my youngest sister and Ñiñi's dog. I'm currently not in the country and my eldest sister won't be arriving in the province until much later.

We are looking for help from our community to help with the cost of a place to stay for my Mother in Toronto as well as gas, hospital parking, food, dog-care and whatever upcoming costs Ñiñi will be unable to pay while she recovers.

I am working very far from home right now and I appreciate everyone who has shown support so far. Knowing we have a great support system has been one of the most calming things for us during this time. Thank you!
