Founders and Artistic Producers, Kate Ivanov and Katy Dawson, are introducing their Non-For-Profit Theatre Arts Organization Ignition Arts!

As Ignition Arts, we aim to produce accessible mid scale theatrical and multidisciplinary productions with a focus on producing diverse works otherwise inaccessible to the Ann Arbor community.

We are campaigning to fund our inaugural and launching production of Will Arbery's play Evanston Salt Costs Climbing, directed by Kate, that will be performed by UofM Acting students on July 19th in the backyard of 306 N State Street in Ann Arbor. Here is the link to reserve your free ticket!

With our focus on site specific, immersive, experimental, and guerrilla type theatre, emphasizing works that highlight diverse identities and out of the box narratives, our work through Ignition Arts will serve to explore a different voice of the performing arts, uplifting new perspectives and initiatives within the creative arts.
