The humanitarian programme will be at Pulau Banggi, Sabah ( an isolated and rural area in Malaysia).
PRISM chose Pulau Banggi because the island is significantly undeveloped and received limited attention from the public and aids from the authorities.
In collaboration with Muslim Care Malaysia, PRISM aims to provide help and support to the local community of Kampung Maligu (Maligu Village) and Kampung Sabor (Sabor Village)
With the expected funding that we aim to received, we are planning to renovate the community centre and to provide as much as basic needs that we could provide to them such as food.
The volunteers (which are mostly students) are recruited from various educational background such as from United Kingdom, India, France and Malaysia. So, we are planning to teach and share the knowledge that we have with the local community there, by hoping to increase their awareness on education.
Hence, we would really appreciate it if you could show your support by donating some fund to meet our target.
