Steve's sudden and debilitating occurrence of an acute viral Encephalomyelitis has left him paralyzed from the waist-down, in Boston. In addition to the wonderful help they have received over the last month, his family will need financial assistance to cover the expected long terms care for their children in addition to costs related to travel, the inability to work, and unreimbursed care needs for Steve as he works to recover and get back to his home in Maine.
When making your donation, note that about 8% of the funds collected will not be transferred to the family as this site takes that amount for collection and distribution fees.
