iftar for refugees in houston

Alsalam Alaikoum, a group of friends and I started a go fund me to make Iftar packages for refugees here in Houston Texas. Previously we volunteered with a non-profit organization called Baraka services and we fed many families Alhamdulillah. However, we couldn’t we couldn’t feed as many as we’d like to! Each package costs around $60 to put together, and includes enough food and cleaning products to last around two weeks on average per family. Any type of donation is appreciated whether it’s a full package or a portion of one jazzakallahu kheir.
