Cancer Awareness️️

Hi, my Name is Favour, I’m just 20 years old and a student. I’m raising funds for my Mothers Funeral. My mother, known as  Ifeoma or Apocom, passed away on the 31st of December 2025, 7 days after her birthday on the 24th. I slept in the hospice with her every night for 2 weeks before she passed. I watched her endure relentless,  unbearable pain day and night, pain that no human being should ever have to experience. There was nothing I could do to ease it, except stay by her side, giving her constant emotional support, reassuring her that I was there for her always and forever, and I remained, there holding her hand as she look her last breath. 

The Bible speaks of a rib as something essential and close to the heart. My mother was my other rib, the part of me that held me together. She fought cancer with everything she had, right until her final breath. I love her so dearly and everything l've ever done in this life was for her.

She was a woman of strength, kindness, and warmth, always putting others before herself. There are no words that truly capture the depth of this loss, only love that has nowhere to go. I want to honour my mother’s life and give her a dignified farewell. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease this burden during an incredibly painful time.
