Hi, my name is Blake, (Robo to my friends online); I hit a tough spot and got behind on some bills. Usually, most people would fall back on family for help in times like these. However, I don't have a family to turn to.

Since I was little, it was always my mom and I and a few years back, she went through some medical problems induced by her alcoholism. After seeing what addiction can do to someone, I've lived straight edge, and I don't do drugs or drink alcohol.

I've never really had someone in my corner or someone to help me when times are tough, and I have always had to "take it on the chin or walk it off" for the first time in my life, I finally feel like I can't do this alone anymore and am reaching out for help.

During my time in the military, I was always taught to be resilient and bounce back in the face of advercity; however right now, it feels like a mountain too big to tackle.

I have a contract with an employer to start a new job and a new chapter in my life to get things situated and hopefully get back on my feet, but the contract doesn't have a start date, and I'm behind on bills. This GoFund will help ease some of the pressure to allow me to start that new chapter while maintaining a roof over my head and food in my belly.
