I’m writing this with a heavy heart and a steady trust that this reaches the right people.

My mom was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer with spread to her liver, kidneys, bones, muscles, and lymph nodes. She’s in a lot of pain. My priority is to give her a real chance to fight this through integrative care. The first step is intensive IV therapies to support her immunity and rebuild her gut–brain connection. These treatments are not covered by our healthcare in Spain, and I need to move fast.

What’s next

On 3 November, we have the oncology follow-up to review the biopsy and hear the treatment options. My mom prefers to avoid chemo and radiation but we will still listen to the specialist and gather all the information to choose the path that best serves her.
