Ezio's Medical Bills - Halp...

Hi... it is I, Jessikah. This all feels so strange, and I feel like I am in some sort of delirium. Asking for help is hard, especially so publicly. I am asking for help with medical bills regarding my cat, Ezio.

He would do this thing that a lot of cats do. He would crawl up on my chest and rest on my heart and purr. Which is important to me because I too have a heart condition. He has always brought such sweet, grounding stillness to me. At the beginning of the week, we brought him into the vet because his breathing changed, the vet thought it was asthma, so the vet gave him some steroids to hopefully help... but it was not asthma-- it was much worse. We took him into urgent care as soon as we could and by the time, we got there it was in critical condition, and the vet started preparing us for the worst. We could not give up on him without trying... He is my sweet boy, my heart. So, they put him on oxygen, diuretic, anti-anxiety medication, and pulled a bunch of liquid out of his lungs. The vet concluded that we're dealing with heart disease, and heart failure. It was hard getting him home because any stress would cause him to have breathing difficulties, but he is home now, resting, and purring up a storm when we give him stritches.

He just matters so damn much to me.

I am asking for these funds to cover his current medical bills. We also have an echo cardiogram of is heart next week to figure out what kind of heart disease he has so we can give him the best time with what he has left, must refill his prescription, check his blood pressure, check his kidneys, and all those things that creep up.
