If I could give him one of my lungs I would

Cafesito was hospitalized on 3/3/24 after experiencing effort breathing and becoming lethargic. As per ER doctor's review of X-ray it looked like there was a mass in the chest, but the point of care machine was not that sensitive and what may look like a mass could have been thick fluid. They shared his lungs should of looked fully expanded, but they were not. They looked scalloped, and pulled away. There also saw some free fluid but not enough to explain why his lungs were that way. Today he was saw by internal medicine to run further diagnostics. Unfortunately his breathing became more labored and went into cardiac arrest this afternoon. We elected CPR. He was brought back to only leave us again for good.

Cafesito our hearts are broken, but we fought hard. We loved hard. Fly high little one. Until we meet again.
