Hi everyone, I’m Ieyesha, 25 years old, and I’ve been living kidney disease since I was 12. To improve my quality of life, more flexibility so I can have my life back and not be in hospital so much. I want to start home haemodialysis. However, setting up for home dialysis requires special plumbing, electrical work, a water tank, storage shed, ongoing water costs and electric which are significant expenses. Because this is the second time I am returning back to home dialysis- I am required to pay everything out of pocket myself (the first install NSW health pay for it, but if you move it's then up to you from then on. I asked if they would help and they said no.) That’s why I’ve set up this GoFundMe – to raise funds to cover these costs and make home dialysis a reality once again. Your support would mean everything to me as I work towards having better health- both mentally and physically and having my independence back. Thank you for considering a donation and sharing my story. It truly means a lot
