To My Dear Friends and Family,
On January 2014, I moved out to California to pursue my dream of studying to be TV producer, but as life always does, I took a turn down a different path and discovered my love of computers...specifically Apple. I applied for a job as a specialist at Apple three times before I received the news in September that I GOT THE JOB! I am so grateful to finally have job I am passionate and excited about, but living in Reseda, CA and commuting to Thousand Oaks everyday by public transportation is difficult to say the least. I take 3 buses and walk 4 miles (an average of 7 hours round trip) just to commute to and from work.
I am so proud to work for Apple, but will never be able to return to school at Columbia College to finish my degree if all the extra time I have is used walking and riding to work. I am using this page to ask everyone to help me raise enough money to purchase a basic car for me to get on my feet. It would be the best gift I could ever ask for. I love you and thank all of you. - Kyle
