Hi, folks! Thank you for joining Team Husky Homestead. The dogs and I are returning to the Iditarod Trail on the first Saturday of March 2024! We are coming off a strong racing season with a win at a local race and a solid, second-place finish at the Yukon Quest 550.
I'd like to thank my boss and friend, Jeff King, for giving me another opportunity to train and race his wonderful dogs. We are looking for sponsorship that often comes from our loyal fan base from around the world!
Our biggest costs of the season include:
- Entry Fee: $4,000
- Dog Booties: $3,000
- Dog Food (kibble and beef), Vaccinations, Misc Kennel Maintenance: $7,000
