Donation protected

We are reaching out to you because we have a friend in need of your love and support. We have recently had some news about our dear friend Laurel. Laurel is facing a health battle and needs our help. Laurel has been diagnosed with Luekemia. Since being diagnosed in October she has been fighting hard to overcome many setbacks. The first session of chemo did not go well leaving her in the hospital for the last 14 days, most of that time in ICU. Although she has improved over the past couple of days her battle will undoubtably be long and tough as she not only has to battle cancer but a second disease called Crest. This disease has added another dimension of complications to her battle against her cancer.
Those of you who know Laurel know that she is the most lovely, giving and happy person. She is honestly a ray of sunshine who always looks to see the happy side of everything. Laurel will fight this with that same spirit, she is determined to overcome this and to continue to be an amazing mom to Karlee and Davis.
Laurel obviously cannot work at this time and unfortunately does not have short term disabilty through her company. When this news struck her husband Doug had been looking for a job, now with the care and time that he needs to devote to Laurels health it is difficult for him to dedicate the time to find employment.
We are asking that if you are able, if you would please consider a donation to a fund for this family to get through this time. I know that they will apprecate it deeply and that it would relieve the additional stress of wondering how to make it through this financially. Laurel just doesnt need this concern on top of what she already has to deal with.
Thank you so much for your financial consideration, your love, prayers and support.
