ICU Recovery & Job Loss: Car in Danger

I loss my job in February because I didn't meet my monthly mile goal after being the icu for four days. I've been looking for work that I can do with no success. Between my back and 3 bad heart valves it's been rough. If I can't come up with some of my back car payments by the 1st of May they are talking about repo ing my car which is the only means I have to look for work. I'm not asking for a hand out but rather a hand up. Please help if you can
