ICU and Extended Medical Bills for Anai Sigala

Hi everyone, my name is Maya, and I am a good friend of Anai. I'm setting up this fundraiser to help Anai with some unexpected and recent medical costs.

Anai was hospitalized in the ICU on Sunday 4/2, and she has been there under critical care for the last five days with an unknown release date. She has been fighting a rare and life-threatening bacterial infection. Currently, she is stable and under constant supervision and care. While her exact diagnosis is not yet completely clear, she has been in a constant fight and I am hoping that we can support her. I am creating this in hopes that we can come together as a community and take some financial stress away from Anai.

If you know Anai, or if she has ever served you behind the bar, then you know that she is special. She is one of the sweetest, most thoughtful, energetic, and strong people out there. As a community that knows and loves Anai, she could really use our support. Currently, she is both unable to work for an indeterminate amount of time and facing these severe medical conditions, on top of her normal expenses.
