International Students in Accident

Donation protected
On September 1, 2019 three young students from India, who had come to study at New Brunswick Community College in Saint John, lost their lives in a tragic road accident near Moncton, leaving their families shattered and their entire community grieving.

To provide financial aid to the families of the deceased, the Indo-Canadian associations of Saint John, Fredericton and Moncton have set up a joint fundraiser.

All proceeds will be equally distributed among the three families. While nothing can compensate for this irreparable loss, the intent is to provide some relief to the bereaved families by easing some of their financial burden, specially since they did not have coverage for life insurance.

The bright young souls of Hitesh Patel, Jenish Rana and Abhishek Patel will forever be loved and remembered.
