ICF MN Coaching Diversity Program

The International Coaching Federation of Minnesota (ICF MN) is focusing on increasing diversity and inclusion in the coaching profession.

We have created a Coaching Diversity Program.  This program will fund 10 people of color in MN for two years, starting in 2021 to complete a coaching program at The Coach Diversity Institute based in Washington DC.  The ICF MN program will provide funding and support for; tuition for an ICF accredited program, mentors of color, membership to ICF MN and ICF Global, ACC test prep and ACC testing. 

We will also require each person in the cohort to volunteer with ICF MN to create community with coaches, work with their mentors and coach 80 hours within their community over 2 years.  We have included all of these pieces to set the coach up for success once they complete the program. 

The cost of the total program is $85,000 to cover tuition, technology, travel, membership fees, testing fees and administration. Through the generosity of others, we have already raised $10,000
Our hope is that this program becomes a blueprint for other ICF chapters in the country creating much more diversity within the coaching profession.
