Iceland North Liverpool Food Warehouse

Hi, my name is Nathan and this year Iceland Charity of choice is CALM, campaign against living miserably. I have personally seen the effects off this, everyone at some point in there life faces, traumatic experiences from varying degrees, and not being able to speak about it can really effect your mental health, in some cases some people don't feel like they can speak to anyone, and sadly commit suicide. It's my mission along with my team to spread the message about CALM the charity who deal with many peoples traumas, and stories. I have personally felt this in my own life when I lost my son, I never spoke to anyone about it, I carried on my life like it was normal, but inside I was falling apart, I was drinking and whatever else to block the thoughts. It took me a long time to speak about my problems and the thoughts I was carrying. What I am trying to say is please don't bottle anything up, there is always support out there, and my store with the rest iceland as a whole want to get the message out there to as many people as possible. Any donations would be grateful, we will climbing Snowden on the 22nd of June to raise as many funds as possible for this amazing charity, any donations would be grateful, I appreciate you taking the time to read.
