Ibrahim Kahenya Macharia, a Kenyan citizen unexpectedly passed away on 26th Saturday 2023, after a brutal and gruesome murder that happened in Dubai. He was stabbed and left for dead by the same people he knew and trusted. Nobody tried to help him by even administering first aid but rather fled the scene. By the time the emergency services arrived, it was too late to save him. Worst of all, the videos of him dying are being shared across multiple social media channels, which makes you question the existence of humanity. The news of his demise has left all who knew him shocked, sad, annoyed, and frustrated. A mother has lost a son, a sister, and a brother have lost a brother and painfully two children have been left orphaned. The case is still under investigation by the Dubai police, and we hope and pray justice will take its course. Ibrahim was a bright spark in this world and he touched the lives of so many, he is the one who would protect anyone, but sadly no one was there to protect or help him when he needed help the most. He has left behind two young kids and a family who need our support. It is our wish to help repatriate his body back to Kenya and give him a decent send-off that he was denied until his last breath. This is very costly, and that is why we as a family seek your help. The money raised will cover the costs of the funeral, transportation back to his motherland Kenya, memorial services, and any other costs that will be incurred in the process.

We also hope to create awareness in Ibrahim's name of the dangers of knife violence.
