This is very unlike me and I wouldn’t ask for help unless I was desperate. I’ve started a gofundme to help raise money for treatment for my sister who suffers from a 30 year long heroin addiction. As a child, she did not receive the help she needed and started self medicating to as a young teen which eventually led to her first heroin overdose at only 16..

My sister is a highly intelligent and delicate woman and she now has papers proving she suffers from Autism, ADHD and PTSD and she’s been through 6 different treatments in Sweden where they’ve put her on methadone and subotex which has had terrible side effects and 2 other treatments in Spain. She’s been clean on and off, but her past traumas have been undealt with and combined with a bad environment has led her back the same path every time. Only 6% keep clean after these conventional treatments and this one shows about 50-80 % higher success rate and long lasting results. This is a medicine that essentially resets your brain so it fires the way it did before you got addicted. Anyone who knows me, knows I’ve worked with plant medicine for years. I will be with her every step of the way and together with the clinic make a plan for what comes after treatment. Most of my income goes towards the foster animals and bills but I will do my best to sponsor her ticket home with me to the states from Sweden. This has caused so much grief for me and my family and I’m worried her body won’t carry her much longer.. I believe she deserves an honest chance in true healing which will not only purify her but also heal her soul so she can start a new life for herself without the self hate and unhealed wounds.
