Last night our sweet Piper was attacked by a neighborhood dog right in front of her own home. It is heartbreaking to see her in pain but we hope for a full recovery. For the next 2-3 weeks she will have to be kept in a small cage to prevent her from moving and further injuring herself. Of course the gals of the triple Nickle (Trish’s home) will do whatever it takes and pay whatever it cost for Piper. The unfortunate part is her medical bills are going to cost at least $3000. I wanted to put this out there all of those who love and care about Trish and would not mind lending a helping hand to Pipers recovery. She has opened her home and heart to so many of us and this is a wonderful way to say “thank you”.  I would like to keep this a secret from Trish because I know she would never accept any help, but with Christmas around the corner this would be a wonderful gift.
