Hi everyone!
I recently auditioned for and was accepted into the Summer Performing Arts with Juilliard Strings in Shanghai, China. "This immersive program provides an intense two-week experience for talented students ages 12-18. Students will develop their technical abilities and use their new skills to play with passion and depth. Each student will receive multiple private one-to-one lessons with Juilliard artist faculty. The program is designed to foster a deep understanding of one’s instrument as well as their role within a small group and larger orchestral community, culminating in memorable and life shaping experiences for every young musician. The esteemed Juilliard artist faculty will lead lectures and interactive seminars on subjects important to careers in music. They will cover a range of topics that provide invaluable insight into the professional world of music that are fundamental for young artists."
I'm so excited about this oppertunity! THANK YOU SO MUCH to all who have donated so far! I received another $1,000 in donations outside of GoFundMe and another donor provided my travel by gifting SkyMiles. I really appreciate everyone's generosity!
