Ian's Leg Surgery Fund

Ian was playing in his first JV football scrimmage of the season on Friday afternoon 9/18/2020 as center when he blocked for his quarterback like he normally would.  But instead of a normal block his foot stayed planted when he was hit and his left foot bent to what appears to be about a 90 degree angle before he went down.  In that play he dislocated his ankle and shattered his left tibula (needs plates and screws), broke a piece of his fibula (needs screws) and tore his ligament (needs sutured together).  We have a $7500 deductible on the insurance and the hospital is asking for a high portion of it up front before we can do surgery.  Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow (9/22/20) if we can come up with at least $3000 of the money but the latest we can do surgery is Thursday (9/24/2020) with the same $3000 as a down payment.
