Ian S Fund Fundraiser

The Silakowski family needs help raising funds to cover the cost of much needed medical equipment.

It has been 9 years since Ian has suffered a traumatic spinal cord injury which left him a quadriplegic.

Part of his daily home therapy to avoid muscle atrophy is using a specialized exercize bike. His current bike, kindly donated by a local family, is now breaking down and can no longer provide its therapeutic benefits. The daily use of the bike supports range of motion, prevents skin break down and muscle atrophy and boosts psychological well being. Medical insurance refuses to cover the cost which leaves us responsible for the total cost of the equipment.

At this time we are kindly asking for donations as the deadline to purchase at the current discounted price is May 1, 2024. All funds will go directly to the cost of the exercize bike.
