Hi, my name is Marla White. I am fundraising on behalf of my dear friends, Jake and Jennifer Ochoa to ease their burden. Their oldest son, Ian Pangburn passed away suddenly on November 12th, 2022 at 7:03 pm. The family is devastated beyond measure.

Ian was born on February 6th, 1996 to Jennifer Ochoa and Byron Pangburn. He was blessed to have not just one father but two as he was raised by Jacob Ochoa, in addition to his biological parents. He graduated from Alta Loma High School in 2014, briefly attended Fresno State, and just recently started classes at Mount Sac Community College. Ian played football in High School and was a lover of music and video games. He enjoyed quality time with his daughter and making wonderful memories.

He is survived by his beautiful two-year-old daughter Adalyn, affectionately nicknamed Addy, and the love of his life Ashley Nusser. Ian was a big brother to Cecelia and Cassandra Ochoa and Malachi and Gabriel Pangburn. He was also a beloved grandson to his grandparents Judith and John Rahaeuser, Cecilia Moreno,and Bill and Mycla Pangburn. He was loved by many family and friends including his stepmother Chantelle Pangburn, his bonus siblings through marriage, and Ashley’s family.

During this time, we are accepting donations for the family to use towards Ian’s celebration of life, and any additional funds will be placed in a trust for Ian’s daughter Adalyn. Please feel free to donate anything, no amount is too small.
