I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ian for over a year now. No matter what challenges he is going through, be it work or personal, Ian always smiles and has something positive and encouraging to say. He never lets life get him down, not even his recent diagnosis of cancer a couple weeks ago (surgery is scheduled for 10/19/18). Right after he was diagnosed, he ended up carless! He hasn’t once expressed concern for himself, but is worried for his fiancé, her daughter (who he calls his own), and his parents. He’ll be out of work for 3 wks and has no idea how he will afford rent on the 1st and take care of his transportation issue! Catching up will be impossible as he is the sole provider of his small family. I am in no way able to help financially so I thought a go fund me can help anyway possible....every dollar adds up!
Ian has a long road ahead of him because there’s a high chance his cancer is in his stomach too.
I will continue to write about Ian in hopes that his story will be heard and donations will come to his aid. I cannot even begin to imagine his personal battle let alone the weight he carries to support his family and keep them in good spirits!
I pray that anyone reading this will donate on his behalf. We don’t know what a person goes through until something happens.
Thank you for caring!
