Many of you know me, but for those who do not, I am Joe Havens. Ian Carroll was my best friend and brother. Ian was the brightest light that I knew and I am sure everybody who knew him felt that same light. He was an amazing musician and a wizard on the guitar. He was the funniest person I know and everytime he was around it was sure to be a the best time ever. He had a quick wit and a brilliant mind. He was a beloved friend to countless, brother to Alex, Uncle to Colin and son to Tom and Joy. Let's show our love and shower his family with some help through this devestation. Sending my love to all who knew him and for those who didnt know him, I am sorry.
