Pay It Forward to a Chive Family

One of the greatest thing about theChive and it's members is the deep sense of comradery and charity that it upholds. On a daily basis followers of theChive and it's local chapters turn to their "Chive Family" for love, support and good old fashioned mood brightening debauchery. A Local Chive family is now in need of some serious help.
A few months ago the husband on this family was out of work for almost two months for surgery on his arm and shoulder, to which is short term disability claims were denied. Just two short weeks after he was able to return to work the wife lost her job. The family has two small children and since losing her job the wife has stayed home to care for them . The cost of childcare became too much for them to handle even if the wife went back to work.
Over the past few months the family has been struggling, juggling and robbing Peter to pay Paul but the the snowballing bills have just become too much to handle.
On Thursday, December 3rd, they woke up to find that the husband's truck had been reposessed. They are also behind on they're rent by two months and are on the verge of losing they're home. With Christmas only two weeks away they're biggest fear right now is being evicted with their children.
The funds they are trying to raise would get them caught up on rent and pay off the note on they're truck to get it back from the bank.
This is a family of true Chivers, Chivers at heart. They love theChive and their Chive family, always trying to help out and donate to Chive events whenever possible.
