Save Dog hit by Car

The dog was found in Somerville, TN. He was hit by a car he is a german shepard found on the highway in the median. He has a broken leg and hip. He needs to have surgery to have it fixed or he will have to put down. PLEASE HELP US SAVE THIS DOG!
