Thank you all for getting Amanda through the holidays and helping to provide a Christmas for her girls. She has still not been able to work since her diagnosis in November. Most of you know that her PET scan showed more cancer growth in 4 other spots in her lower quadrant. She has started chemo but has only had one round due to her white count being too low. This week was spent having injection to try and bring her count up. As of today we are hopeful that she will be able to have a round of chemo tomorrow. Her hair loss has begun and again, most of you know she had 16 inches cut off a few weeks back.
I am hopeful that we can all continue to support Amanda in her fight with prayers and a little financial help. She is struggling to keep her car payments up and EVERY trip to the doctor costs her $45 out of pocket, even if it's only to turn her away due to her count being an issue. Her little one, Lena is beginning to realize that her momma is sick. Lets support these gals until this fight is over! She needs to concentrate on her health and her little girls. Some days she doesn't even have the strength fight even if it were to save her car from being impounded again. Thank you all.
