June 30th 2015 will be one day Jonathan and Denise McCoy will never forget.  Two hard working parents kissed their healthy 3 month old baby boy Payton goodbye as they dropped him off at the babysitter.   The call they received midafternoon that day has changed their lives forever. 

Despite the heroric lifesaving efforts of the Milwaukee Fire Department baby Payton McCoy died and became an angel in heaven 6/30/15 (midafternoon).  

No parent should have to bury their child and as you can imagine both Denise and Jon are beyond devastated.  This is why God created friends.  I am Tracy Barberena one of  Denise and Jonathan's friends   As my heart is broken for them I will be acting as their rock so they can grieve in peace.  With their permission I have set up this Go fund me page to help with funeral costs and some time off work so they can heal.  

Payton's death was featured on Fox 6 news last night as breaking news because the death WAS NOT caused by co-sleeping. It was a suffocation that is currently under investigation.  This page will be updated with autopsy results as they become available.  

Please find it in your hearts to help out with whatever amount you can and whatever God you pray to please include Denise Jonathan and their families.
