Mike was diagnosed with ALS the day after graduating from Ohio State University in 2009 at the age of 23. Mike is now 29 and the ALS has progressed to the point where he is in a wheelchair 24/7.
We are raising money to help build a handicapped accessible deck for Michael. He can then go outside and enjoy Rochester's warm weather and great his neighbors. He won't feel so cooped up all the time!
